Workspaces section

Workspaces are collaborative spaces where you can analyze alarms or issues in real-time with your team. Record each step in the workspace for clear tracking.

Create a workspace:

• From an alarm, select Create workspace to initiate a collaborative analysis.
• Alternatively, go to the Workspaces tab and create a new one, associating it with a location or alarm.
• Add the team members you want to collaborate with.

From the workspace, you have access to:

• Real-time chat to coordinate actions with your team.
• Attach charts and analyses from the left button to share visual information.

Once the investigation or alarm management is complete, close the workspace to keep your active list clean.

Receive collaboration notifications for a workspace in your project directly in the Scout app.

Conecta Circutor Service

While working in a Workspace, you can invite a Circutor consultant directly through the Conecta Circutor button. This service provides expert guidance on data or alerts generated in the platform. All communication with the consultant will take place within the Workspace, ensuring that questions and responses remain centralized alongside the related context and data. This gives you specialized support to interpret technical information or receive recommendations on potential solutions.

Note: The Conecta Circutor service is currently free. However, it may become a paid service in the future. We will keep you informed of any changes.
