Computer C Wi-Fi / SmartLink VAR + Computer SMART III

  1. Capacitor bank Installation

    Install the capacitor bank and put it into service following the device’s instruction manual.

    If the regulator (Computer C Wi-Fi or SmartLink VAR) was purchased separately, install it with the capacitor bank disconnected and make the connections according to the corresponding manual.

    Note: In the case of the SmartLink VAR, ensure that the Computer SMART III is powered on before or simultaneously with the SLVAR.

  2. Initial Configuration

    Activate Wi-Fi on an Android or iOS device.

    Download the Circutor MyConfig app from the Google Play Store or App Store.

  3. Device Pairing

    Open the Circutor MyConfig app, tap the “+” button, and select the corresponding device:

    Computer C Wi-Fi: Select the ComputerXXXX device (XXXX are the last 4 digits of the serial number).

    SmartLink VAR: Select the Computer SMART III.

    Select a device

    Enter the device PIN:

    Computer C Wi-Fi: The last 6 digits of the serial number (S/N) located on the back of the device.

    SmartLink VAR: The last 8 digits of the serial number (S/N) located on the front of the SLVAR.

    Note: If the capacitor bank already incorporates the SLVAR by default, the label with this information is next to the Computer SMART III.

  4. Wi-Fi Connection Activation

    On the app's home screen, select the paired device.

    Tap the edit icon (✎) to activate the device’s Wi-Fi:

    Enter the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and its password.

    In the case of the SmartLink VAR, you can also assign an IP (via DHCP or manually).

  5. Connection Verification

    If the Wi-Fi connection is successful:

    Computer C Wi-Fi: The device will appear connected in the app.

    SmartLink VAR: The SLVAR’s WLAN LED will turn on. If the Ethernet port is connected, the LAN LED will also turn on.

All set! The capacitor bank is now sending data. The final step is to add it to your project in Scout, just follow the instructions below.
